Our Story
Going Coastal is a locally owned and operated property management group that was founded to put a new twist on an old industry. We started as a group of friends, realtors, and investors with a portfolio of our own short term rentals here on the island, and it all evolved from there. The vacation rental market place has gone through a major disruption in recent years, and we were quick to adapt in order to drive success to our own listings. Along with our success and recognizing change in the industry, came the realization that there was a better way, and an opportunity for us to bring that to our local community. Going Coastal is a boutique-style property management team with an aim to partner with owners to maximize listing performance, marketing, and guest experience.
